Gintale: Did you know that in 1798 the first pastor of the Swellendam Dutch Reformed Church was a little on the short side? Therefore, a Negroni is a classic Italian drink fit for a Pope with a rather short story.
INGREDIENTS:
1 shot Rebel Gin
1 shot Campari
1 shot sweet vermouth
orange peel
huge ice cube
METHOD:
Add liquid ingredients to a short tumbler, pop in your ice cube and serve with a twist of orange peel.
