IN PURSUIT OF MAGIC COCKTAIL

Your Mum’s magic and deserves the best.

Charm Mum (and yourself) and conjure up an In Pursuit of Magic cocktail. Mother’s Day is only on the 9th of May but practice makes perfect they say.

It is quick and easy to make up so that you can get down to the business of catching up on all the neighbourhood gossip. But beware… this cocktail isn’t as innocent as it seems! But perhaps your Mum isn’t either 

IN PURSUIT OF MAGIC

INGREDIENTS:

• 25ml gin
• 25ml triple sec
• 30ml single cream
• 2-3 dashes rose syrup
• Dried rose petals, to garnish

METHOD:
Combine the gin, triple sec, single cream and rose syrup in a cocktail shaker, with ice and shake, shake, shake.
Strain into a chilled martini or coupe glass and garnish with dried rose petals or if you are going for a High G&Tea look, serve it in a pretty teacup.
