Let's toast to a year of cocktail hours and the best gin. To kick things off, we present this golden delight.
INGREDIENTS
50ml African Craft Honeybush Gin
30ml orange liqueur
25ml fresh orange or lemon juice
30ml sugar syrup
Dash of orange bitters
Blueberries
Ice cubes
Garnish with orange peel
METHOD
1. Fill a cocktail shaker with all the ingredients except for the garnish.
2. Shake well and strain into a glass filled with ice cubes.
3. Garnish with blueberries and orange peel.
