FRANZ’S HIDDEN SECRET
The fresh botanicals of Franz’s Fynbos Gin are a perfect match for the orchard-fruit flavours of apple, which are presented in two different forms in this cocktail: liqueur and a fresh slice.
Add to it Alter Schwede, an extraordinary herb liqueur with a full body and smooth taste. If you aren’t familiar with this little secret, it is made with a combination of over 200 different herbs and spices and premium grapes.
The herbs mix and smooth out everything, making the cocktail a little more complex and adding that glowing spice and sweetness that we love.
Combined, all the ingredients create the flavour profile of a winter’s day in a glass.
INGREDIENTS
25ml The Gin Artist – Franz’s Fynbos Gin
10ml Alter Schwede
10ml Blomendahl Apple Liqueur
100ml tonic water
Apple slice
METHOD
Mix all ingredients into a copia glass with ice.
Garnish with an apple slice.
