BENEDIKT’S GIN PARTY PUNCH 

INGREDIENTS

500ml strong rooibos tea (cooled) 

500ml peach juice 

100ml The Artist Gin 

10 drops Angostoura Bitters 

1 lemon (thinly sliced) 

add fresh mint leaves 

2 peaches (thinly sliced) 

METHOD

Place all ingredients into a jug and stir and add lots of ice.
