COPPER REPUBLIC SIGNATURE COCKTAIL
Copper Republic’s Signature Cocktail
MULE WITH A KICK
INGREDIENTS
50ml Copper Republic Rooibos & Grapefruit Gin
15ml elderflower syrup (we got ours from Woolies) or simple syrup
20ml lime juice
2 Dash Angostura Bitters
Top ginger beer
METHOD
Combine ingredients (except ginger beer) over ice in a cocktail shaker and shake well.
Strain into a Collins glass filled with fresh ice.
Top with ginger beer.
Garnish with a wedge of fresh lime and any edible flower.
