RIVERTOWN SIGNATURE COCKTAIL
CAIPIRINHA RIVERTOWN
INGREDIENTS
50ml Riverton Ruby Grapefruit & Orange Blossom Gin
100ml Cachaca or Cane Spirit
2 teaspoons brown sugar
Half a lime cut into wedges
Lots of ice garnish with lime or sugar cane stick or even jelly drop garnish
METHOD
Place lime and sugar into an old fashioned glass with muddle and mash the two ingredients together using a muddler or a wooden spoon.
Fill the glass with crushed ice and add the Cachaca or Cane spirit and Riverton
