indiginous GIN | SUNBIRD IN THE GARDEN COCKTAIL
INGREDIENTS:
- 50ml indiGINous Gin,
- 250ml of Indian tonic water,
- 4 drops Angostura Bitters,
- a splash of lime juice,
- a sprig of spekboom,
- 1 lime wedge and ice.
Method:
Mix all ingredients into a copia glass with plenty of ice.
Get a lime wedge and squeeze it into the glass, getting as much of the lime peel and juice as you can.
Use the spekboom to stir all ingredients.
Then use spekboom and lime wedge as a garnish.
