PINK GIN & MCC RASPBERRY BUBBLES
Pink gin and MCC, the perfect combo in my book, and with Mother’s Day just around the corner (8th of May), I thought, why not combine my two favourites and enjoy them with my most favourite person in all the world. Thanks be to the heavens above, she loves both just as much.
INGREDIENTS:
• 50ml Pink gin
• 100ml MCC (or sparkling wine)
• 10ml Simple syrup ( or to taste)
• 1 Punnet raspberries to muddle and garnish
• Fresh mint, to muddle and garnish
Method:
1. Begin by adding some raspberries and 4 mint leaves to a shaker and muddle.
2. Add in your pink gin, syrup, ice and give it a good shake.
3. Pour in your MCC.
4. Fill your glass with ice and garnish with remaining mint and raspberries.
Not only does this cocktail look gorgeous, it just feels so stylish holding it in your hand. The first sip will reveal just the right balance of refreshingly crisp MCC that effortlessly mixed with pink gin. The addition of raspberry and mint flavours work so well together and are integral to the cocktail for taste and additional colour. I’ll be making “testers” to perfect the cocktail till then just to ensure they are perfect.
