EDIBLE FLORAL, FRUIT & HERB ICE CUBES

Floral, fruit and herb ice cubes can turn your cocktails into showstoppers. The perfect addition to your table and a fun way to fancy up any occasion.

Fresh edible blossoms or small pieces of fruit frozen right into cubes of ice dress up cocktails, soda, or plain water. Up your cocktail and beverage game this season with the most beautiful ice cubes ever!

To make your floral, fruit and herb ice cubes all you need is some edible flowers, fruit and /or herbs, an ice cube tray and water! It’s as easy as that!

  • To start, add a very small amount of water to each empty ice cube block in the tray.
  • Now add your flowers, fruit or herbs and freeze for about 30 minutes. This is only to trap the flowers in the small amount of water at the bottom of the tray so that they stay in place and don’t float to the top and stick out of the ice cube.
  • Once the “base” water is frozen, you can fill the ice cube tray to completely submerge the flowers, fruit or herbs and freeze as normal.
  • If you’re working with very small flowers, pieces of fruit or herbs (and depending on the size of your ice tray) you could continue layering small amounts of water with these, freezing between each layer, to create a beautiful suspended look.
