50ml Mirari Shimmer Amber Gin
5 drops of bitters
75ml soda water
75ml tonic water
Half an orange, freshy squeezed
Add Mirari Shimmer Amber Gin, bitters and squeezed orange into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well. Then add soda and tonic and pour into a tumbler. Garnish with orange slice or dehydrated flowers.
