With an extensive background as an expert barista, Roy Kwaramba is our latest featured Gin Artist. Roy is the newest distiller to join WCD in Langebaan and says that roasting coffee is an art of optimising flavour profiles and blends—similar to distilling in many ways. 

“I met Shane from WCD and the opportunity for distilling came into play. Working under him has been a huge learning curve and during this time I have developed a true passion for distilling and have fallen in love with gin,” says Roy.
