LICENCE TO SCARE COCKTAIL
- 50ml Poetic Licence Spiced Gin
- 25ml fresh lime juice
- 200ml ginger beer
- lime wedge
- 2 sprig fresh mint
- 1 jalapeño chillies, thinly sliced
- 10ml sugar syrup
Mix mint and lime in a pestle and mortar and place in a glass with
lots of ice. Add other ingredients with the chillies at the end.
