SWEET SOUR – Yearend Cocktail

50ml Cruxland Black
Winter Truffle Gin
15ml honey syrup (dilute honey with warm water in equal parts)
25ml freshly-squeezed lemon juice
1 egg white
sage leaf for garnish
lemon twist garnish

Pour all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and mix for 30 seconds. Strain into
a cocktail glass.
