If summer had a flavour, this cocktail would be it! As pretty as a picture – flowery and fresh, the sweetness of the elderflower liqueur, honey and rose water is offset by the crisp of the gin and the tanginess of the grapefruit juice. And because the sun can make you lazy it is very easy to make, just throw all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker, shake well, pour in a glass over ice, and cheers dears!
Impressing your guests with a new floral cocktail is a spring breeze– just three easy steps.
75ml grapefruit juice (fresh is best)
25ml elderflower liqueur
25ml rose water
1 tablespoon rose buds
- Add grapefruit juice, gin, honey, elderflower, and rose water to tumbler. Add ice and shake for 10 seconds.
- Strain into glass and add ice.
- Garnish with rose buds.
