LICENCE TO SCARE COCKTAIL

  • 50ml Poetic Licence Spiced Gin
  • 25ml fresh lime juice
  • 200ml ginger beer
  • lime wedge
  • 2 sprig fresh mint
  • 1 jalapeño chillies, thinly sliced
  • 10ml sugar syrup

Mix mint and lime in a pestle and mortar and place in a glass with
lots of ice. Add other ingredients with the chillies at the end.
