Festive Indulgence

  • 100ml Ginologist Christmas Pudding Gin
  • 250ml milk
  • 100ml cream
  • 2 eggs separated
  • 1⁄2 cup sugar
  • cinnamon
  • nutmeg

Whisk the egg yolks with sugar in a mixing bowl. Gently heat milk and cinnamon in a saucepan for 5 min. Add egg yolk mixture to the saucepan. Stir constantly and don’t let it boil. Slowly add the gin, cream and nutmeg while stirring all the time. Serve hot with a cinnamon quill. Top with a sprinkle of brown sugar.
